By placing an order with Simple Expressions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

1. Custom Orders

All custom orders are created according to the information, specifications, and design details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate before production begins.

2. Design Approval

When a proof or design preview is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing the design carefully before approving it.

Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed the design and accepts the spelling, names, dates, colors, images, wording, and other requested details.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may result in additional charges and may not always be possible.

3. Production Time

Custom products require preparation and production time.

Production times may vary depending on:

• Product type

• Order quantity

• Complexity of the design

• Current order volume

• Availability of materials

Any estimated completion date is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and submitting high-quality images when photographs are required for an order.

Simple Expressions is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality images supplied by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payment

Payment must be received according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Because custom products are created specifically for the customer, payment may be required before production begins.

Prices may vary based on product type, size, customization, materials, quantity, and design complexity.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be available because materials and labor may already have been committed to the order.

7. Photos & Marketing

Simple Expressions may photograph completed products for business, portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise before the order is completed.

Customer privacy will be respected when personal information or photographs are involved.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers must have permission to provide photographs, logos, artwork, characters, names, or other materials submitted for customization.

Simple Expressions is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues arising from materials supplied by the customer.

Simple Expressions retains ownership of its original business branding, artwork, designs, photographs, and creative materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
